Through photography I strive to capture the ephemeral to such a degree that one can get a glimpse into the essence of the moment - the place, the atmosphere, and the emotion. Although naive to think this is entirely possible, it is the goal at the forefront of my creativity.
The photography I produce is the fusion of my architectural sensibilities, creative passion, and photographic expression. For me, photography is much more than a moment frozen in time. Photography is a story to be interpreted beyond the captured frame: the feelings evoked within the viewer, through their eyes, can go beyond that of the photo’s bounds.
Born and raised in New Zealand, I have spent much of my life pursuing skiing, photography, and architecture. These three passions have lead me to live in multiple countries and cultures, and mold the person I am today.
